Directions:

1. Complete the registration form to the right and submit it. You will receive a comment back which indicates we have received the written registration form.

Your registration is not considered complete until you have paid the registration fee.

2. Make sure you select the correct registration level. If you are registering for the Early Bird level, your payment needs to be received by 8/25/18 8/31/18 . Any registrations or payments after 8/25/18 8/31/18 need to be at the full price.

3. Payment can be made through the link below. You do not need a PayPal account

to use it. You can pay with a credit card by choosing pay with credit card at the bottom.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel your registration, notify us in writing at palmettochaptercmsa@gmail.com. If you notify us by 9/8/18 you will receive back your registration fee minus $10 for handling. If you notify us in writing by 9/15/18 you will receive 50% of your registration fee back. After 9/15/18 we will not be able to return any registration fees.
