Kimberly Thomas

Kimberly is a current Palmetto CMSA board member and has served as the communications committee chairman. She has a BS in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Winthrop University. She attended the Medical University of SC and was certified as a Microbiologist from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists. She has 10 years nursing experience to include ICU, LTAC,rehab, urgent care, home health and hospice. She is currently an RN nurse Case Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield since 2014.

Sherie Crosby

Sherie currently serves as Vice President and is a founding member of Palmetto CMSA. She has 32 years of nursing experience and 25 years in case management and management of case managers. She is credentialed both as a CCM and AATMC and holds designations of HIA and MHP. She has been with BlueCross Blue Shield of SC since 1992

Jennifer Walker

Jennifer Walker graduated from Pensacola Junior College in 1989 and from the University of South Alabama in 1991. Her early nursing experience was in orthopedics, medical surgical, and ambulatory care. Jennifer's past employers included Kaiser Permanente (formerly Group Health), United HealthCare/Optum, and Palmetto Health. Jennifer graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix in 1999. Jennifer is currently employed at Continue Care Hospital and the VA. Jennifer earned Certification in Case Management in 2012 and most recently passed the Healthcare Accreditation Certification Program (HCAP). Jennifer has served as a board member for the Palmetto Chapter CMSA since January 2017 and now serves as Secretary since January 2018.

Lynette Brantley

Lynette is currently Treasurer and was a founding member of Palmetto CMSA. She has been an RN since 1976 and has worked in family practice, home health and hospital. She has been working as a rehabilitation case manager for the past 5 years.

Kristi Beadle

Kristi started her career at the heart hospital at Richland Memorial and transitioned away from beside nursing and worked at Helping Hands Adult Day Care. She next worked in Utilization review and management at Palmetto GBA, Absolute Total Care, and BCBSSC in appeals and prior-authorization departments She is currently working in the case management department for BCBSSC.
